Board Director & Financial Executive
Seasoned financial executive built for the boardroom.
Jerry Leonard is a CPA, MBA, and CGMA with more than three decades of financial leadership spanning Big 4 audit, global corporate finance, investment management, and public company CFO roles. His career reflects a deliberate progression from technical rigor to enterprise-level governance.
As CFO of VSee Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSEE), Jerry led a full SPAC lifecycle — from merger through Nasdaq listing, SEC registration, capital raises, and ongoing public company financial reporting. Prior to that, he served as VP of Finance at Voya Investment Management, overseeing finance functions for a firm managing approximately $90 billion in assets under management.
His earlier career included global corporate audit leadership at IBM across the U.S., Asia Pacific, and Europe, and audit engagements at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
Today, as Founder & CEO of ClearBridgeCFO, Jerry provides fractional CFO and financial transformation services to mid-market healthcare, telehealth, and SaaS companies — bringing board-caliber financial discipline to growth-stage organizations.
